Bitcoin Cash again at the crossroad (English)
...I mean crossfork, because they're apparently, if Reddit's /r/btc is to be believed, discussing if BCH would need to fork after something something something. It's all so tiresome, the drama. 😅 Some supporters of BCH think forking is indeed a desirable thing as that way BCH will "reach its final state", as user mrtest001 wrote. Here's more from the same person:
"From a general perspective, BCH is barely more scalable than BTC (given we need to get to multi-gigabyte blocks). We have a long way to go...and the coin that finally does become a globally scalable coin, will very likely have different block-times, may have elements of POS sprinkled in - may have new mechanisms that don't even exist today."*
That user is somewhat aligned to BSV's approach (wants scalability), but with the difference that he doesn't prioritize stability nor the original roadmap, aka. the Satoshi whitepaper.
