I'm using the digital representation of air quotes in that word, crypto. No, hang on, it could be just regular quotes. Not sure.

They can try to get your private key back. They also may help with victims of hacks and scams and ransomware attacks, those victims, who have lost Bitcoin Core (BTC) or Bitcoin SV (BSV) tokens.
Token Recovery, an Ayre Group company, isn't provided as a free service. 🛒 They mention this on their website about pricing: "Token Recovery will generally be compensated via a percentage of the recovered digital assets and/or recovered fiat currencies."
