Lockmarks
I think this website is built by Peter, the developer who is (in my understanding) also behind Chilocker.com and Maplocks.com, and more recently also Lockipedia.com. Lockmarks.com is one of those old-school link directories. Adding a new link, or "lockmark", requires just the URL, category and a short description. Link data is then shown on the website + stored inside the BSV blockchain in Bitcom (B) format.
