What Satoshi Did Not Know
I found this from Hacker News. 😊 It's Gavin Andresen's message from 2015. Available as a PDF file:

Andresen introduced to Bitcoin an improvement to prevent "penny-flooding", that is: spamming transactions back and forth. Andresen's idea was to prioritize and rate limit transactions in a clever way. Satoshi Nakamoto apparently liked the idea as Satoshi responded:
"You may have finally solved one of the most challenging problems."
