Can BitInfoCharts be trusted after this? (English)
There are several related questions regarding the website BitInfoCharts.com:
A) Is BitInfoCharts a scam?
B) Does BitInfoCharts show fraudulent data?
C) Does BitInfoCharts tell the truth?
Well, it seems, the answer to each of those questions is inside this tweet by Mr. Whale (@CryptoWhale), who posted it on Twitter 22 August 2021:
"BREAKING: Bitcoin SV removed from the front page of bitinfocharts website after its network surpasses #Ethereum and #Bitcoin in transactions. $BSV $BTC"
Mr. Whale is onto something. 😏 BitInfoCharts.com really did "normalize" the situation, as the Soviets would say, by removing most references to Bitcoin SV (BSV) on the website. Perhaps there's a good reason for doing so, but perhaps it's an ideological move -- to falsify, to corrupt, to manipulate the data if the data isn't ideologically correct.
It's good to notice that BitInfoCharts hasn't technical difficulties in collecting transaction, and other related, data for BSV, as the website still keeps this page:
